Prep:

• Remove dirt and debris
• Repair broken items. This step included removing water damage wood, replacing broken or weathered trim, fixing broken or weathered siding and more.
• Sand to remove old paint or stain
• Clean. Pressure wash or hand wash surfaces.

Prime:

• Apply high quality exterior primer to prepare the surfaces for painting if needed.
• Paint surfaces with the desired exterior paint. This may take several coats.

Cleanup
